Just had a look at the weather for Weymouth on the 27th...

Rain for most of the week so says Metcheck... Flaming typical...

Oh well, theres always the bar in the barn....

With regards to weather websites, we always find xc weather.com just about as accurate as any of them! Fingers still crossed......

I'm off to Leominster on the 29th and am hoping it's a bit cooler. Me and wifey are not sun worshippers and have both felt ill and lethargic through this heatwave. Can't bear even walking in the tent in this heat lol. Metcheck are showing temps between 16-18 for the day time temps for the week cloudy with sunny spells which suits me just fine :)

Off to the west coast of Argyll 3rd of Aug for a week...As long as its dry when pitching/unpitching it can do what it likes in between wont bother me I'll still have a good time..

But have to admit some more of this with a cool sea breeze would be nice....

We are in North Devin as well, until next friday, I have a vision of dropping a wet tent.

At least we are heading to Cornwall and a friend with a large garage. Hopefully by mid afternoon, it will be hanging or re-erected to dry.

Fingers crossed all the wet stuff will fall over night and day time will be sunny and sunny and sunny.

The thing with these forecasts is they change constantly. What will be, will be. You really just have to make the most of your time away regardless of the weather. It obviously makes a huge difference to setting up and packing to come home if its dry though.

We are getting excited about our three day camp on Friday. Heading up to Scone near Perth to party at the 80's Rewind Scotland festival. Will be prepared for all weathers. The first week in August we are going down to Yorkshire for a weeks camping at Sleningford Watermill. Weather again looking iffy but nowt will stop us going and having a great time.
