we have one of these https://www.vango.co.uk/family/aurora-double.html my husband actually finds it too warm, but he unzips his side and I have a couple of blankets on top if it's really chilly. Remember a blanket underneath is worth two on top, we have a trailer tent now with a matress, but when we were on the floor we used our old 2 season underneath aswell as the inflated mattress and it was fine even in the early spring nights

Great pictures!
I'm slightly envious of you having a weekend away without the kids. I really have no idea what that is any more....

bluebella, that looks amazing but it is a little out of our price range for a sleeping bag right now, we settled on the Outwell Contour duo after some in depth research, looks like a great 2 season or reasonable 3 season bag, we can take our 1-2 season we already have for underneath as well.
Rach, it will be a rare treat for us but we shall see how it goes :).
Thanks Jelboy, we may be heading up towards your neck of the woods next year, the missus wants to do some camping in Scotland next summer!

Just a little reminder on how to upload and post your photos 1. Go to <FONT color=#ff0000>http://www.ukcampsite.co.uk/tents/ and search for your tent
2. Click on the tent to bring up the details page, then click on the link for Member Uploaded Images
3. Click Browse to select an image from your computer, and select the photo(s) you want to use. Enter a comment, then click on the Upload Image button
4. The photo will then be uploaded and appear on the website.
5. If you want to include the photo on a thread, or post, click on it once uploaded, to bring up the large version. You'll then see the photo, and at the bottom a link, something like
http://www.ukcampsite.co.uk/tents/images/userimages/3125.jpg
6. Highlight the entire link address, and right click and copy it
7. Back in your post, click on the [IMG]http://www.ukcampsite.co.uk/chatter/forum_images/image.gif" width=20 alt=20> button, to include an image.
8. Paste the link from step 6, and click okay
9. Submit your post! The image will now appear in your post on the thread.
Doing it this way ensures images are uploaded to one place, and kept to a reasonably uniform size for posting on threads. It also means they won't disappear into the ether ever, as they are hosted on this website. Finally it means users of the tent reviews page will also benefit, as well as those who read the forums. Cheers Ratty

Or same procedure for posting the pictures to the post, but uploading to a remote site like Photobucket is a good idea.
