Would love to be camping, but my son is going for an op in the 20th, so not that practical.

Our main issue at the moment is time. We have the right gear to stay warm but no time :( trying to get the kitchen finished before Xmas, not sure we will succeed

As a 'young one' thank you dk. Am very grateful to have six days off over Christmas only thanks to people like you. I promise to repay favour when mine are grown.

Regards camping- I am so excited that it is nearly shortest day as yhat means it will soon be getting lighter warmer..ready for camping!

I would love to go camping at new year but Garry wouldnt so hence we are off to Lanzarote on thursday for a few days in the sun (hopefully)
