Which heater do you use TracyD?
I struggled with my Nevada M the last couple of times over the New Year, we stayed in bedroom pod, no issue as the bedroom is huge for the two of us.   I just zipped the bedroom divider when in bed.

We use a 1500watt heater and find it does the job, just. I find I feel the cold around my ankles and lower legs mainly. So I wear boot length slippers (if that makes sense) It seems to work for us.

Just a bog standard cheapie from Argos. Like I say, we tend to put it on and warm up the tent while we're still sitting outside. Just before we go to bed we move it over to point towards the bedroom pods. Also, if you pop out to toilet just before bed it feels lovely and warm when you come back inside!! We have occasionally got into bed and left the heater on, but I can't usually get to sleep and end up getting out to turn it off, even though it had a safety cut out. If I'm warm when I get into bed I don't generally have a problem during the night and I'm not one that wears layer upon layer, just my pyjamas, socks if it's particularly cold.
