We have done 3 weeks touring Denmark with 3 kids of that age and no electric. This was a while ago and our needs are slightly different but we still like to camp for weeks rather than a few nights.
A laundry, either on site or google for one nearby will be very helpful as you won't need to take as many clothes.
Hamman style towels will take up less room and be quicker to dry (or microfibre ones)
A portable loo, or even a potty may be helpful for the kids at night.
If the site has a cool block facility, you will generally be ok getting fresh food every day, or every other day.
You might want to look into a solar panel, to charge electric devices and have lights, or the camp site might have the facilities to do this.
I have to say, I look back on the times we camped without electricity very fondly, especially when we went abroad. Our sleep patterns were so much better, as we got up and went to sleep earlier since we didn't have light. We also got away from the news, I remember a store assistant in Denmark telling me all about the riots that had happened in the UK. We do find that electricity makes our camping life easier, and I'm sure a lot of memories are rose tinted!
