ok,this is just going around in circles.i have not stated that i "want" to see what they say about it,i've stated that i'll see what they have to say about it on here.....and thats it.if they do...they do,if they don't then they don't.

the reason i am giving them the opportunity to air their views on the matter in public might help people decide whether to buy or not from them after i myself seem to be on the receiving end of a pretty sh*tty stick that doesn't seem to have any facts laid down on the table on their website regarding what the faults are and as you well know,word of mouth is as much use as the paper its written on.this ain't a witch hunt though so please note that i do not intend to make this one.

do you have a link to correspond with your above comments? reason i ask is i've just read differently regarding faulty items that have been reduced in price purley because they are faulty.

this is where the problem lies (oooh look,a pun),they do not indicate in writing/text what the faults are so its hard to point to something having faults that it shouldn't have/aren't expected.

Well, it`s your money, Ster. If you`re happy to throw it away without even trying to resolve the problem with Aspinalls then that`s your problem.

I think you`d have got a lot more sympathy here if you had posted that you`d tried to resolve the problem with them and had been told you had no comeback. You may not want to make this a witch hunt but at the moment what you`re doing is having a public rant about a company that many others have had good service from, over a complaint that you don`t wish to discuss directly with them.

I can`t imagine why you won`t take it up directly with them...you don`t sound like the shy retiring type that prefers to avoid confrontation. You`re not....aherm, how can I put this politely...just totally p*ssed off with yourself that you didn`t understand what you were buying and want to get a bit of your own back, perhaps?
