As MT said you can drop one side of the pod on the the 2006 Monty 6, I didn't notice the zip until our 3rd time (it's very close to the dividing wall zip) it rolls up on the floor against the other pod and there are a couple of niffty straps to hold it in place.
If you look at the pitching video for the Indiana 4/6 on the Outwell website, then that shows how the inners can be split, and one half dropped and rolled away. MT
