I made a post about something similar when I bought a Skandika from Outdoorshop-UK on ebay. In all thier listings they sate the item is located in the UK when the tents are actually located in Germany they have negative feedback complaining about this about 8 pages in.

Pay Pal granted me a refund but said I would only get it if I returned the tent and I was responsible postage. The cheapest I could find was £60 given that the total I paid was £176 approx. I had to get a bit creative with the dimensions and got it down to £30. I complained to ebay about this and I'll wait and see what happens.

Oh Dear! lol - I've been kicking off all week via e-mail to the place I bought my super dooper blow up bed - which started to go down on me almost straight away (Oo;er!) I was blaming the valve/pump assembly, they were saying it wasn't, I was saying it was... and so the story goes!

Checked yesterday, once and for all, only went and found a ruddy puncture on the under side of bed, patched it, blew it up, kipped on it last night and Hey Presto! didn't loose a breath - FanTastik!

Funny thing is, bed has only been from bedroom floor to tent floor back to bedroom floor - the puncture looked like a rusty staple had gone in? Carpet was hoovered and tent was new out the packet - bet it was already done from new - anyways it's fixed now and I'm off my couch - Result! :-)
