I'm after a day tent too!

Getting confused about which one has what.

Does the Royal standard have clear pvc windows as well as mesh?? The large royal is too big for us.

Does the kyham day shelter have this also??

I've considered the Oaklahoma but I think i'd like more windows, that's why looking at the others. If it raining I'd still like to be able to look out without getting wet. Not going for the sunncamp at the moment because of the lack of flaps.

Also noticed alot are sold out but maybe there not open yet with new stock??  

We bought ourselves a Sunncamp Dayroom last year and we love it, can highly recommend it. We're now on the lookout for a smaller tent for just the two of us to sleep in (if we ever actually manage to get away without one or all of the 'teenagers') for the same reason as Daisybev, we just don't need the room in the main tent.

Nicola1972, not sure what you mean about lack of flaps with the Sunncamp, they've got 2 clear windows and 2 mesh windows, with covers you can roll down over each, and you can unzip all 4 sides and roll them out the way so you're left with a more traditional gazebo, but much more sturdy.

Hope you all had a great Xmas, and here's to a fantastic 2007, you never know, we might actually make it to a meet or two this year!!

Please don't get one of the sail things! We had one last year, and it was a disaster. the slightest bit of wind, and it was off! We broke so many guy ropes trying to keep it down, and nothing worked.

Just to let you know that the utility tent that Ratty put the link up for is great (and so is the delivery service - came so quickly I couldn't believe it). It is really easy to put up, even though it comes without instructions!
