30 year old Blacks frame tent - brown and thank goodness lime green, not orange. 2 x beach towels from Marks and Spencer that we have taken on every holiday since we had them for a wedding present in 1978. Lastly an old parafin lamp that was used in the factory where my Dad worked during the winter of discontent in the 70's.
We have a gaz single burner stove that my mum bought to heat my brothers bottle at night! He's 30 next birthday. She also gave us unused gaz cartridges for it. We have been using them but OH thinks we should chuck them and get new ones. Does anyone know if they could be dangerous? They are still in good condition, even got the paper wrapping on them and the price label!

If they're not damaged or rusty then they should be fine
We still had a brown and orange flowered airbed (plain brown on the other side) until last year when it finally gave up. We then got a caravan. OH still blames that airbed! It was my parents' airbed and they bought it in 1980 - we had an orange and brown 4 berth frame tent from millets which cost £99! You're right about everything being orange. I remember one holiday touring cornwall + devon there was a thunderstorm every night which seemed to follow us, the orange tent lit up and frightened the dog to death! Didn't leak though, isn't that fab!!
A little barbarque from the mother in law she had back in the fifties. Great little thing folds all flat like a small magazine in seconds.ideal for the three of us takes up no space at all.
