I had to join in this conversation as last year we went to the golden sunset campsite in Anglesey we piotched at the other end of the field to this group of people to give them and us space but they kept us awake until the early hours playing this party game where you repeated meals over and over again so we had bacon and eggs fish and chips and many other combinations ringing in our ears. The next evening while we were trying to sit and relax their kids and what looked like half the campsite kids played football up and down and kicked their football into our tent quite a few times there were no apologies and the parents didnt check them. Then we were kept awake another night with a repeat of the same party game.Needless to say OH was really p----d by this time it ruined waht would have been a lovely few nights on an otherwise nice camp. They totally ignored the sign which said no noise after 11pm

the comments are great, not had this problem yet, perhaps it's because we have kids, i must admit that a couple of windbreaks have always helped, my biggest problem is getting the tent on the pitch and giving us some room, glad to hear about the C & CC club as we joined this year and are going a meet in cornwall in a couple of weeks,

i don't think i'd have the courage to ask others to move, Thats why i married the wife, true redhead with no time for idiots,

thats why i love her, good with door to door sales people as well.
