well I did think they looked good, but  then I did go for the solar shower last year.

Maybe I could introduce a theme of buying her 'not as useful as you might think' camping gear? every year!!

Another thumbs up for the headtorch.  Argos are doing an Energizer l.e.d model for around a tenner that has two settings, one is the 'normal' light, the other is red l.e.d's which mean you don't get every bug within 50 yards flying at your face!!!
