When we first started camping me and hubby used to come very close to a full blown row, then we realised it was just not worth it and made a huge effort not to snap at each other when pitching. Nowadays we're so practised in our roles that things usually go smoothly, but theres still the odd time when we have to grit our teeth and smile!

Its usually me thats in charge too, i'm just better organised than him, and remember the set up better.

Yes oh yes, the first time on a trial run took us two hours to get the inner tent pitched. We had to stop as it started getting dark.

Now she sits in the car with the baby and me and the other two boys pitch. Its safer that way for me.
