Yes please let us know how you get on with the Icarus. I am in the same situation and have been struggling with my Diablo for the last year. Basically I have to go with friends everytime I camp as I cant put it up at all alone.

It would be really good to know if you managed the Icarus on your own to help me choose my next tent.

The Icarus is a nice looking tent, I could solo pitch our old Vango Venture 500 which was a similar design.
