Think i have got it really bad! We have a go outdoors just down the road and when i get relly desperate i drive down there just to go in the tents and inhale the smell of camping!

Also have a look in store and normally come back with something i dint need!

Ooooh yes. Only today I spotted some carry cushions (square pvc backed floor cushions to you and me) in Matalan, and very lovely they are too. £10 each. And I want at least two... I reckon if you put the fabric sides together you'd create a comfy pouffe too for your feet.

Oh and I suppose that makes it ok BW does it  !

You sound just like me when I tried to justify buying the square foldy-uppy toaster thing (even though we have a grill).  I said to the OH  'look it could be a soap dish or a brush stand or a........a.........a........hat when we're not using it as a toaster............and it's only £2.95 (smile sweetly with toaster on head in the middle of the camping store   )

We just keep doing this to ourselves over and over again, it's like camping self -flagellation (in my case with a metal toaster  mmmmmmmmmmmm not bad )

Sat here waiting for my Daughter to get ready for work...was supposed to go fishing but the time scale between dropping her off and picking her up tonight wont allow for it........So Ive talked myself into a wander round GO Outdoors..ostensibly to look at their Coleman Duel Fuel twin ring stoves (My old one has developed a leak and Im going to have a look at  a complete(New one) to see if Ive lost a part or summat)Whats the betting...I come home with something else either fishing or camping related...Why oh Why cant I just wander round that store without buying something..

Jelboy.

I agree about Norwich Camping it's a great shop and the staff are fantastic. I am always on the look out for bits and bobs to add to our set up. I just discovered that when we go away to slimbridge, Atwools is only just up the road. Hooray!
