yes floggitt i can see why!It needs tweaking and i thankyou for your views they are helpful but i have plans for this one of mine and i am going to take out the sink and burner and pull back the seat so people over my height can use it!

I don't intend to have any fittings at all. I intend to use it as a trailer that can be slept in. I may make a small external rear shelf, but only for portable camping equipment. I intend it to be a quick build with no frills.

well done raf48 this is what i am trying to tell all the makers keep it simple!This is camping and as such no frills just like the old kwik save supermarkets in wales worked.Yes make the bed long this is the first thing not a after thought and a failure on the pod i am afraid.This is never discussed in any of these models height is one thing but cramped up in a bed too small is a no no!Just keep it simple and maybee you will be in the driving seat! I have my own idears on the design and might redo mine if the maker will listen to me it is his choice! I believe you will do it good justice respect to you!!

Theres no need for the bed to be short, I can't see why all small caravans seem to have short beds, barely 6ft 3".

If your making your own pod you could have a 6ft 9" bed & it would still be a micro caravan.

the total lengh of pod is 10ft so you could have it up to 6ft 3 but no more if you wanted it to be as it is!

decided to pitch under my cabanon and sleep in the tent and use the pod with the table and seats just for sitting in! There you are we have made the campers happy lol!
