I can't leave home without sliced potatoes with bacon bits and onions available from Sainsbury's at £1.69 or if you have a B&M they are 89p, so easy to chop some bacon up, fry it then add the packet of spuds and when warm pour over 2 whipped up eggs and cook until done. A great start to the day and no real need for lunch. This year we took 10 packs of these and they lasted us for 2 weeks.
Evening meal fav is fresh prawns cooked in garlic butter and then served with plenty of fresh bread.
I also do a one pot chicken dish, slice up chicken breasts, stir fry in oil and garlic, add whatever fresh veg you have some chicken stock and then a tin of tomatoes. cook pasta drain and then add to the chicken.
I am hungry now and to get the real taste you need to be in the tent.
