My 7 year old daughter only manages to stay on her SIM if the weather is cold. She is a wriggly nightmare if it is warm. I have resorted to a thinner sleeping bag, with blankets available to add if necessary and this seems to do the trick. On a recent camping trip we were pitched on a slope and she still managed to roll up the hill! I almost resorted to getting the emergency roll of gaffa tape out and securing her sleeping bag to the SIM but thought it might be a bit cruel.
