We are going for our first outing this weekend to a country show where both will be on leads , just keep an eye on the national news to see if we managed it without too many embarrassing moments
I'm hoping that there will be so many well trained dogs some of it will rub off, but somehow I could be barking up the wrong tree literally.
This is turning into something very stressful, and yet images of sitting outside my tent with a glass of vino and the dogs laid by my side surrounded by countryside is an image that won't go away
In reality it may turn out oh so different
Are you going to the cla gamefair? If you are I am there on sunday, just listen out for the screaming toller in the gundog scurry queue!
I'm late to this, but if you're thinking about a big tent partly because you'll be taking the grandchildren sometimes, what about a pup tent for them? Depending on ages of course. Then you wouldn't have to struggle with putting a big tent up.
And if you ever see us, PLEASE can we play with the dogs! My son would go mad over a Great Dane. He loves dogs, and is quite well trained, he knows he has to ask before stroking, but last time we were away he found a jack Russell with even more energy than him. They spent all weekend tiring each other out.
