We ran foul of this the first time we put our air beam up. The bag was already big but by the time we crammed the tent back in the bag it was enormous. There is a great video which I will have a look for now. http://youtu.be/WC2P6-VijBM
This isn't the exact one I mean but you can see them do it from 50 seconds. Open the valves (leaving the doors open a bit ;) ) and then instead of rolling to the middle and then to the front which is what we have done with normal pole tents you roll and squash to the side where the valves are. Roll and squash, roll and squash. Then when you have a long sausage, THEN roll to the front. We also do the trick of putting the bag onto of the rolled up tent and then tipping the whole thing over.
I may be impressed with the ease of putting an inflatable tent up but it's pretty much the same hassle getting it down as a poled one.
