Yeh swatty809 I bought one from Aldi as well, brilliant for the cost. Had choice of 240v or 12v I chose the 12v. If I need to inflate the double airbed at home when we have extra guests sleeping over I my 12v jump start power pack(Aldi purchase about 2 years ago)

I have also seen a manual washing machine. Put in the powder, add water and turn it by hand. Sounds like another essential accessory to any camping trip - yawn!!

A little holder for six eggs - great until you try and fit six eggs inside it.  They must have used wren's eggs when they designed it - it fits four, if you're lucky!  Now they just go straight in the coolbox, in their original box which, duh, should have been obvious but I was in the camping shop and got a bit giddy........!

Yep, I fell for that one too!

Andy,

i actually have both types, 12v for car and the 240v. Both work really well. I use the 240v one for our queen size, double height inflatable bed, bought originally for our camping trips. It was soooo big that it barely went into our sleeping pod..when it did, it dragged the roof of the tent down, to form a lovely dip!!! Thats why we now have the 240v pump..so that we can offer the nowex-camping bed to our guests!!! (BTW OH still reminds me of my error at every opportunity!!)

Sarah
