Here's another recipe, great for kids to do. Used to get the Girl Guides to do this at camp.
You need a large orange for each person and a sponge mixture (packet or homemade).
Cut the top off your oranges and scoop out the inside (save this) make up the sponge mix and add some of the orange that you have saved. Fill the oranges with the sponge mix to about 3/4 full put the lid on wrap in tin foil and bake in fire for about 20 mins. Leave to cool and then eat.
The best orange sponge ever.
