I ordered a tent carpet on the 5th April...as we're going away today (!) I rang them on Monday to see if it was likely to arrive in time. The answer was no, so I cancelled it, found one elsewhere and it was delivered the next day for the same price shipping that Campmania charge for normal delivery. OK, I paid £7 more overall, but the difference is I'll have a nice cosy carpet in my tent tonight, whereas if I'd left it to Campmania I wouldn't have!

I did get an e-mail saying my order has been cancelled (which I'll keep just in case....) but overall my experience with Campmania wasn't a bad one, they just didn't have what I wanted in stock unfortunately.

Hi, just thought i'd let you know about my experience, i wanted to order a tent package from campmania and on checking here thought i'd call them first to make sure it was in stock, was on hold for about 12 mins before they answered but hey, was told in stock and next day delivery available so i ordered it online. i received no email to say it had been dispatched however received the item before lunch the following day. so all in all great!
