My soggy cow poo and mud smeared golden retriever (may she rest in peace) used to come in my tent with me after she had been dried as best I could. She had her own blanket and learnt to go to sleep when I went to sleep and wait until I let her out in the morning.

The upside is she kept me warm at night, the down side is she tended to smell and got mud over my sleeping bag!

You have to keep the dog on long bit of rope when on a site so they don't wander away from your space. Obviously you have to be careful where they wee and poo!

we took our staffy called Barney  in August and he was fine kept him tethered on long chain with screw into ground and he slept in his crate in tent at night he loved the outdoors and he has never had so many walks in one weekend.

Hi loved all the pictures of dogs. Cant wait to have another dog had a Border Collie and miss her so much.
