To me, holidaying whether it's camping, staying in a hotel/B&B in this country or flying abroad is as diverse as life itself - we all have different lifestyles, some of us have big posh houses, others of us have smaller ones, likewise with cars, some like flashy ones, others don't care as long as it gets them from A to B.
You can spend £200 or less and go abroad, stay in a slummy hotel room sleeping in a bed that's had countless people in it before doing god knows what or you can spend £1000s on a luxury holiday (still sleeping in a bed which 100s have before you, again doing god knows what LOL)
So it stands to reason that camping is going to be diverse as well - we're only just starting out, we're relatively new to it, and so far we've only got the actual tent and a few other bits, but I'm loving reading up about everyone's set ups on here...somethings I'm not fussed about eg I'm not bothered about a fan heater, TV or microwave while camping to be honest, but I don't condemn anyone else for taking them.
Life would be very boring if we were all the same :o)
At the end of the day, it's all about respect - I don't care what set up my future neighbours will have when we're camping, so long as they let me enjoy my hard earned holiday!
