I'm a newbie both to this site and camping. Just got a Wild Country Stoer 2/3 person dome tent - looks like fun! Daughter and I off to test the rail/bus network idea in May.

Found the "minimal" tenting list post useful!!

It looks perfect for your plans - small and light, easy to pitch; so as longas you keep to the "minimal camping" list, you should be fine!

I've not seen the Wild Country Stoer in the flesh, but I can tell you that Wild Country are excellent quality. Good choice
