Seriously, have you watched the video on the Outwell website? It will give you a good idea. Also, if you do a search (using the icon at the top of this page) you should find old threads which give excellent tips on pitching the Monty (esp from Langleys).
We pitched one last year, and two of us had the tent up and pegged in what I can only say was super quick time. My only concern was that, when we lifted the rear pole, the roof section of canvas effectively took the weight of the others for a while. With not being used to synthetic tents with such heavy steel poles, I half expected the fabric to give, but all went really well and it was good to pitch all-in-one; no faffing around with groundsheets or hanging inners.
I'm sure that someone will be along shortly, who can give much more in-depth advice, since this is a very popular tent on these boards.
