I think they have well overstrecthed themselves somehow. I phoned up to order a groundsheet and an Outwell carpet and even offered to pay the extra for an AM delivery before Friday and they told me that the earliest I could get it was Wednesday/Thursday of next week even though the items were in stock.
iv just bought a sunncamp evolution 400 from them via ebay. Paid for sunday night, delivered this morning, up in my garden as i type. Excellent service, and iv just left them feedback to say so
Tonight i have finally received an e.mail from them apologising for the delay and advising me that my tent was dispatched tonight. Fingers crossed. I think by the sound of it they are a good company and are probably a victim of there own success which in this day and age is no bad thing. I think though that anyone who sells on Ebay should be careful with there postage dispatch times and if they cant be met at least email the customer. Customers are only people who once they know can carry on and not unduly worry. Some people have said why open a dispute with Paypal. Well i only did this as i had had no email to my questions and if there was a serious problem then it is all documented with what has happened. If all goes ok you just click resolved. And if your wondering yes i will probably leave positive feedback to maintain there 100% feedback but will probably drop a hint to "talk to people!

so if they have 1 customer thats not happy out of say 500 thats a good record overall just got to keep fingers crossed that wen u order that your not that 1 in 500 lol
but its like any thing even a tin of beans sooner or later therell be 1 thats faulty
Purchased many times from these, never a problem. Good gear. They might suffer from a staffing problem. Never enough in this day and age. Glad its worked out. Hope your happy with your purchase.
Outdoormegastore have just been moving from two premises to one. That may have had something to do with it.
Have to say I think they are superb, but I live local, and can go to the shop. They will take an internet order and let you pick it up at the internet price instead of normal retail.
I phoned them this morning about my order (which isn't late yet, but I was panicking about the weekend) and they were lovely and helpful and said my things will arrive tomorrow (Friday - I ordered Tuesday) - so only 1 day out according to their usual delivery times, and still loads quicker than many other internet shops.
Well i,m pleased to report that my tent came today and although i havn,t opened it yet it is well packaged.
So i would say yes certainly use this company but be aware of any deadlines you may have especially if you have ordered to go away with.
There can be delays either due to the company moving premises or through sheer orders that they are having to deal with.
Looking on the good side, if they have a lot of orders to dispatch that means they must have an awful lot of customers. That is a good thing. But communication must never be forgotten.
