I have to agree with that.  We bought a Sunncamp Ultima awning and it had a faulty zip.  We took it back to Highbridge Camping and they changed it with no problem.

My Kyham quick-erect Biker tent leaked at the hanging tabs, have since sealed this area all round, not good though, not much point taping all the seams and then leaving something like a hanging tab stitched through from outside to inside with no seal.
