Usually just around the hanging tabs where they are sewn through the seams, also any door ties etc that have been sewn through, same problem on my tent, fabric is fine with no water ingress, but where the inner tent if fastened to the outer tent, the hanging tabs, it comes through at these points.
Maybe a weakness on flysheet first tents? Everyone I have seen has had these hanging tabs for the inner tent, and they seem to be the weak point. I know there are advantages and disadvantages with inner first or flysheet first erecting, but at least an inner-first erecting tent won`t have anything sewn through the flysheet seams.
