My little one, now 22months insists upon crawling out her sleepingbag even when it's really cold at night. She now has a fleecy blanket underneath, sleeping bag and another blanket on top, to try and keep her warm!! She still ends up in beside me in the middle of the night so that she won't cry and wake the whole campsite!!
