We bought the tent from them on Ebay, going to pick it up tomorrow so really pleased. Someone who have used them on Ebay said everything was absolutely fine which encouraged even more.

We went and picked our Royal Biarritz 6 up today.

Can't wait to put it up at the weekend. Fingers crossed everything is in order.

They've been so friendly and helpful, I feel confident if there are any issue with the tent, they'll do their best to sort it out.

I'll let you know how we get on. Bearing in mind we're still novices at this game, I bet we'll make a right hash of putting it up.

Soooooo exciting.....

Well we've just got in from putting our new tent up.  Looks like everything is all fine.  Sprayed it with a watering can to weather it a bit as it's boiling hot with no rain and no leaks.  Everything all as it should be, no faults whatsoever.

Really pleased with the tent and the service and definitely the price!!!!  Highly recommended.

I might go have a look! - didnt even know they existsted!!! - and I've lived in tamworth for 37 years!!!

(although looking at the web site - I dont think they have been in tamworth that long - I would (should!) have noticed them at there address.

Definitely worth a mooch around their shop. Their own website is quite basic and then the Ebay shop just lists the main things they sell.

They've got a few tents up, then a small accessory shop.

We took our tent down yesterday after a heavier watering and the water just ran straight off. The amazing thing is, we got it back in the bag!!! That's a miracle for us. Last 2 tents have been lugged about in black bin liners

I can't speak highly enough of the staff, know what they're talking about and they're really friendly.
