Bath tub is another term for the same thing, sewn-in, SIG. etc, all mean that the groundsheet is attached to the tent walls, and usually the waterproof material extends up the walls a few inches, so making a "bath tub"
Get a piece of PVC sheet from the camp shop and make yourself an under-sheet / footprint / stone-sheet whatever you want to call it. It will certainly stop your tent groundsheet getting muddy and damaged from small stones etc. Also makes packing a wet tent away a better proposition, as you can pack the under-sheet seperate to the tent and keep the mud and grass away from the inner tent.
