hi all

just wanted to tap into your vast experience, just bought a tent for my family to enjoy a few long weekends and was after a bit of advice, for any good sites to visit. We are in the midlands and dont want to travel too far on our first few trips. Not bothered about pubs and clubs etc just want nice pleasant site, with clean facilities, as we have 2 children age 3 and 18mths old.

any suggestions much appreciated.

Hi, Welcome to UKCS.

You didn't say where in th Midlands you are! But never mind just use the yellow camp site search "button" at the top of this page and follow the prompts you can read some honest reviews of lots of camp sites.

We have tried Townsend Farm and Leedons Park both approx 1 hour away from Stourbridge West Mids, Both completly different types of site but very enjoyable, there are reviews for these on this site.........

not long till my first trip either , we are exactly the same and don't want to go too far the first couple of times , good luck !
