Are they the ones being sold by Tchibo? If so, I've bought a lot of their stuff, it's good quality.

im not sure to be honest, i have seen them in Argos, and a few camping shops like world of camping.  My concern is i wonder how long they take to deflate.

Hi colin
We have a colman queen size Using one the the new inflater's it takes about about 2 minutes to inflate or deflate. and as for comfort it is second to none in our opinion.

We bought this and have used it for 2 trips lasting 5 days and absolutely love it. Very comfortable. The built in pump lets you pump it up to any firmness you want in under 3 minutes.. Its great not having to roll of a low airbed any more and its great to sit on it to put sox on, tie shoes etc. I wouldnt go back to a single height airbed now. Just make sure your bedroom pod can take it without the walls touching. It comes without the pump as well if you dont use ehu.

Hi magicaly

Thats the sort of thing im looking for thanks. Yes i think it would be good move from an ordinary airbed. I have just bought my children this year camp beds and my Wife and i did have a night on them but found them very hard, and we said that we would probably be better off with one of those high beds. Also you can use them as a spare bed at home. Is there less bounce when one turns over in the night like you get with an ordinary one.

Hi Colin.

The pump lets you pump it up as firm or as soft as you want it. We like a firm bed but if you pump up an air bed during the day it will lose some air due to heat so we just give ours a final pump up when the heat of the day has gone and it stays as solid as a rock. No seasickness effect when you turn over or anything like that. Its like sleeping in your bed at home and like you say, its a spare bed if you have people to stay. I cant recommend them enough.Best piece of camping kit we have bought in a long time. A good price as well because we saw the same bed in Winfields camping for £75. Also good delivery.

Yes we have a Coleman wouldn't be without it, but it seems to go down slightly after it's first pumped up, but actually it's the material expanding that makes it seem that it does. We find it best to pump it up during our first day at camp and put a couple of holdalls on it during the day and top up before we use it .

Hello Colin,

I have two 'Aerobed Raised Classic' in single size. They are the ones in argos for £109.99. We were bought two of these just after we had already bought two so I am going to sell the extra two. Page 709 item 10 if you want to look or use this link

http://www.tkqlhce.com/click-1428744-10294381?url=http://www.argos.co.uk/static/Product/partNumber/0690472/Trail/C%24cip%3D50353.Sports%2Band%2Bleisure%3EC%24cip%3D50354.Camping%2Band%2Bcaravaning%3EC%24cip%3D50355.Camp%2Bbeds%2C%2Bairbeds%2Band%2Bcamping%2Bmats.htm

I am about to list them on e-bay but if you are interested i will accept a decent offer + p&p

We used them on our last camping trip and thought they were great, much better than an ordinary airbed. Just like being at home.

Not sure how much p+p would be. I will have to check.

They are brand new in box and unopened

**************update*******************

Sorry, now sold privately

Dave

We too have the Coleman queen size and love it - very comfortable - very quick to inflate and deflate with a rechargable pump.

Coleman Queen size

Excellent and currently half price at Wildday's shop on ebay (24.99)

However, check that your bed pods will take the size.

We have a double height airbed with integral battery pump for inflating and deflating.  The only problem we have is the roll together.  My OH is a lot heavier than me so I spend all night clinging to the edge of the bed trying not to roll into him.  We do have to make sure we have spare batteries too.  Other than that it has been a good buy.

Rachel
