I am a crap cook so cant compete with the amazing recipies above but I can comment on how we do things with regards to pots and pans.
We have a non stick camping saucepan set (bought it from Aldi's a while ago in one of their camping weeks) that does us for pasta, baked beans, rice etc.. and we have two normal reasonable quality household frying pans (Tefal Hotspot) that we use for bacon, sausage, stirfrys etc....
The camping frying pans are just too small for our needs and I really want something truly non stick as I want to wash the dishes as quickly as possible and get on with our holiday.
To travel we put our frying pans in bags underneath the passenger seat in the car so we dont scratch them and they dont get in the way as they are not really nice and square to pack are they?!?
Good Luck,
Donna
