hi, you dont need anything under your bedrooms, although you can certainly use an extra groundsheet under them if you want to keep them clean or for a bit more insulation underneath if you want to.
You dont need to, but you can do to help keep them clean, if you do, cut them to size and dont let them stick outside the tent so rain cant just run underneath the bedrooms.
Hi, It's worth putting an extra groundsheet under the whole tent just to keep it clean. When you pack up, just go and rinse your other groundsheet down ready for next time. Your tent's groundshet remains clean. We have a big 6 berth Outwell Bearlake with a zip in groundsheet, and we still put an extra groundsheet underneath!

Take groundsheet, its better than having to go home with a dirty tent, also take with you a bin liner to put your muddy groundsheet in ,when you get home hose down the groundsheet hang it up to dry ,then pack it away ready for another rainy camp.

I put a groundsheet under my bedroom, and as I only ever put up one of the two, I put down a groundsheet to cover the "empty" end of my tent and then lay the groundsheet I got with the tent to cover the gap between them. As the extra groundsheets lie over the mud walls of the fly sheet, it makes the tent as snug as if I had a SIG...
