We've already got two sleeping bags which zip together, but they're not great as they're

a)poor quality and too thin brrrrrrrr and
b) zip with only one zip, so once you're zipped in, you can't do what you can do in my single sleeping bag, which is have it completely zipped up, but then unzip a bit near your feet if you want to have breezy feet

Is any such a thing available? We'll still keep our single bags, so this is to fill a specific brief.

Thank you again O gurus of the open field

I had a double sleeping bag but it did not allow for unzipping at the bottom as well as at the top and this could be frustrating if you wanted air to get to your feet.  I have been looking for something similiar to what you want but have not managed it yet, they all seem to unzip with one ended zipper or one bag I seen was similiar to a mummy bag style but agin no double zip - I am just wondering if this is a feature they have not put on double bags.

Will keep looking though.

Colman hampton has a side zip and a side sip which goes along the foot.  the zipa can be opened at either end of the zip.

Thank you huys. We went back to PJs today and saw a great one - a 'Vango Astral Double' 2 season. Fills the criteria of toasty bodies breezy feet

£50 - not bad I thought, got a couple of Outwell premuim self-inflating pillows too. We are turning into right wusses

The only problem is that we've had to buy a compression sack for it now, as it comes in a ridiculously roomy bag.
