They are designed for bike puntures but work on airbeds too and are much less fiddly than the glue and patches you get in an airbed repair kit. Also, they don't take hours to dry.

Was thinking of getting one of these ready made camping beds from Argos in a double for myself and a smaller version for my daughter. Has anyone any experience of them? They're a sleeping bag attached to an airbed.I've tried an airbed with a sleeping bag before and didn't get on with it..I move too much and end up with the sleeping bag slipping off my shoulders, but thought this would be better as the sleeping bag ould stay in contact with the airbed and me. I've tried camp beds..too narrow, self-inflating mattress..too thin. Sleeping bag with a hood..like to have on arm out and can't come to turns with moving the whole sleeping bag when I turn over...want to turn over inside the sleeping bag. Anyway, back to the query! Has anyone any experienc of these ready made beds..I've got a week's camping coming up in August!! Thank you.

I have brought a double from Tesco's for £39. I am 6' and use a LIFEVENTURE silk sleeping liner and have a good nights sleep. If it's very cold, I use a LIFEVENTURE Downlight 660 sleeping bag as well. Both these items back down very small. Tesco's was selling a down filled sleeping bag for £25 over in the Isle Of Wight store near Ryde. This is really good value, as the one I purchased cost £70.
Just bought one for my grandson for when he stays here, the camouflage one. Paid £8.09 for it and he loved it. The only thing I would say is the sleeping bag is not very thick and I don't think I would use it in a tent. Worth the money though at that price for the airbed and then use a good sleeping bag on top. The fitted one will act as a bit of insulation from the cold.
I have a couple of these, a single and a double. They are very flimsy so when I do use them it's with an extra duvet. I prefer the campbed and SIM combo now anyway
My son has slept in a single comfortably for years. We've invested in a double which is comfy. You need an additional blanket for inside or out if it's a chilly night.
We've pumped ours up with both hand and mechanical pumps. Doesn't take long with either. They used to come with a pump but sadly, not any more.
Genuine Readybeds single AND double are available at Home Bargain at the moment. Cheapest I've seen them! They'll probably get snapped up quickly tho!
