Hi Mamf, yes most folks use themon the main guys, we also use two for creating a dog run between the caravan door and outside the awning, our dog has never pulled them out yet, and she can tug me in a wheeelchair with the brakes on!
I am sure that once you have tried you too will wonder why such an easy design idea took so long to be discovered!
