Hi everybody.
I new to camping and this forum. We are going camping for the first time this weekend. We plan to drive to Conway and find a campsite. I was wondering if anybody had any recommendations. Ideally adults only site with a shower and toilet facilities.

It does not have to be Conway but I don't want to drive to far for my first camping break. I live in Manchester, only and hour or so from Conway.

Hi Ben, I did go to one about 2/3yrs ago but cant think of the name of it. but have you ever thought of derbyshire some lovley places about an hour away.

I will do a google search for Derbyshire and have a look. I just thought of Conway because I figured it would have more choice then anywhere else.

You could try Greenhills, Bakewell. It's not an adult only site, but it does have a pub.

Hi Ben,

I'm new to camping too.  My hubby and I are off to the Forest of Dean next week for our 1st ever trip.  A site called Christchurch inside the forest.  It'll take us about 3 hours I think from Preston.

Brilliant I didn't notice that. I have found a site Wern Isaf Farm in Llangollen. I think we will try there.
