Hi all , just bought an outwell windbreak and have spent well over half an hour so far trying to slide the poles into the canvas of the windshield , surely there must be an easier way ?? it's like trying to fit an elephant into a mini ! ( ok , a bit of an exaggeration  ) , point is , the poles are wider than the slots they go into ! ( or are they )  , anyone else have problems ? , i found it easier pitching the tent !!!

Try pushing the poles up the bottom of the pole sleeves in the windbreak.

Take the windbreak to your nearest stockist of the same product and tell them you bought it and it is faulty and would like an exchange even though you dont have the reciept some places will exchange them as they will just send it back to their suppliers - its a bit of a cheek but I would have a go all the same.

Could it have been in a washing machine on a high temp wash then in a dryer, to clean it for sale? this could shrink the material.

it seemed it new condition and i believe the guy when he says it has never been used as he has over 800 feedback and all positive , i also collected it from his home so i don't believe he would have let me do that if he knew it was faulty , suppose i will just have to live with it   and put it down to a stitching fault at outwell.
