I would think twice about using an airbed, you could wake up miles away.

Just to cheer you all up down there, the weather is still glorious up here.

just had this vision of people floating around on airbeds, like lilos on a pool....around our coast the councils have these rafts in the sea that are chained to a large cement block so when the tide comes in the rafts float but stay in one place - I'm thinking of roping our airbeds together like rafts and securing them to something very heavy with a long piece of rope - about 8-10ft should do it, atleast then we wouldn't get carried downstream, also thinking of adding distress flares to my emergency kit!
