We too had excellent service from Go Outdoors. We returned our Coleman Suvannah tent last year after one use, as it has faulty zips and they agreed to exchange it for a monty6 nothing extra to pay!! I guess it's the 2005 model (purchased July last year). We have had no problems with it (touch wood).

If you order gear on line from them no matter how many items the postage is one amount for the lot-about £3.50! Well it was when we got the majority of our gear.

We had good service from them when returning our Sun Valley (for the third time). They gave us a full refund as there weren't any other tents that we like in the store. They're really local to us so we are always popping in.

Hope you have better luck with a Montana next year.
