First post and just wanted to thank you all for making our first trip a success. I've been reading these posts for weeks and finally went to Caolasnacon in Kinlochleven on Saturday for one night. I had everything we needed including nappy bucket for night time loo trips. My other half wasn't so sure on camping, but as he was looking at the hills while eating his roll and sausage this morning, I think he is converted. My daughter, age 4, had a ball on the rope swing. My son, age 9 with Asperger's Syndrome, couldn't work out what to do as there was no club house or obvious activities. Once he realised he had to make his own entertainment we didn't get him back into the tent until nightfall. He says when he has children he will bring them back here to show them all the special hiding places he found. Loved it. We're going to try again in a few weeks for two nights. And you were all right about fellow campers being helpful. Our first attempt at pitching near the water in strong winds caused us some stress, but the couple in the next tent told us about a sheltered single pitch which was a great help. Thanks again
