The mud flaps on my TT go inwards, and it`s just a glorified frame tent after all.
Have a look at where the mudflaps are in relation to the poles. If they mudflaps aren`r split at that point, they can`t go inwards and thus you should do as Shelli suggests. But my bet is that they will be split and thus tucking them inside with the tarp overlapping on top will give a nice draft-free floor. It can help to put a few bags or equipment round the edge to keep the tarp flat, without touching the canvas of course.
Put a washable picnic rug by the door to act as a doormat. Even better, train the kids to take their shoes off on the rug and leave them there when they come inside.
