Ok, here we go again. I guess you can tell by now we really do not know an awful lot about tents and all our friends who do, only know about those teensy weensy backpacker things.

So here is question number three: Has anybody ever bought from Outdoor Megastore and what was your experience with them? They currently have a really good offer on the tent we are thinking of buying. Please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have used them in the past with no problems. They do tend to take your money even if they are not in stock though. I woudl recommend asking them about stock first.

On the positive side, the one time I had a faulty product the refund was very quick.

Hi they are down the road from us and we have bought most of our gear from them.  There seems to have been problems in the past with their mail order service, but if you phone the shop direct 0151 944 2202 the staff there are really helpful and all know their stuff about tents and equipment.

Bought numerous items & a tent off them in the past & have always been delighted.
