Yep same happened in somerset.....from experience i knew that this would happen after a storm as we were on a slight slope.....I peeled back the ground sheet and lifted the bedroom borrowed a squeegy off the site and bingo it dried out the footprint.......fine as long as it doesn't rain again....

We moved upto the cotwolds later in the week and it was red hot....what a difference a few days make.......summer/winter in a week as usual!!

No, straight up guvnor (cor blimey luvaduck) No, I can't remember which day you finally did your huffty-stompoff  but Friday it was a little overcast but completely dry, Saturday was bloody scorching -we went to Puy Du Fou and melted in the heat all day. Sunday we stayed on site and lounged by the pool all day and we didn't see another drop of rain at all.

It's completely obvious, you are a Rain God. You could make a fortune, people can pay you to avoid their holiday areas!!

Booked a week in Spain in October over kids hols, so you've been warned!
