It is the suppliers responsibility to replace the tent or refund your money ,they cannot get out of it ,if the item is faulty they are bound by law!

it is up to the supplier to replace tent. Who are they out of interest.

How long have you had the tent as if it is over 12 months old you will be lucky if you get it replaced - are you sure it is leaking and not just a build up of condensation - had to ask as some people dont realise how much condensation can build up in tents

I would keep pestering the company you bought the tent from as they should replace your tent or at least have it picked up and checked - but again  it would depend on how long you had had your tent and have the reciepts etc;

Have you noticed where the leaks are and can they be fixed easily with some seam sealant.

I know with some tents you get supplied some seam sealant and they recommend that you use it before using your tent for the first time.

Can you not name who you bought the tent off on here

Just tell the dealer it is "not fit for purpose" and you are entitled. under the sales of goods act to your money back or a perfect replacement - If he continues to refuse tell him that his next discussion regarding the matter will be with the local Trading Standards Department.

YOu could also name the dealer here!

I'm planning to return my second leaky Montana 6 to Complete Outdoors and hoping to get my money back.  To be honest they were fantastic when I first complained and gave me a replacement tent straight away. Agree with other postings that you should get refund from retailer unless it is a long time since you purchased the tent.

I'm also planning to write to Outwell in Denmark to complain about their quality control.  The Address is
