We need to be able to inflate our air beds inside the tent in bad weather. Our electrical pump cannot reach from the car and so require an extension. We cannot find them anywhere. Does anyone know a shop or have some other suggestion.(Footpump and lips to valve are not an option)
I must have freak lung capacity in that I blow airbeds up with my mouth. Yes, I know it encourages condensation and the airbeds may only last 20 years.

With your mouth, blimey. I'm impressed. It takes long enough with a foot pump!
theres a cheaper way i bought a 12 volt electric pump for 2 pound at a car boot fair.i cut the plug of and fitted crock clips dont worry if you get polarity wrong the moter will turn in oppisite direction.i just use it direct from a lesure battery in my tent.
Thanks for your replies. Think we might go with the £3 extension lead as we have recently spent the National Debt on camping gear (that is additional gear not starting from scratch). Hope I can post this reply before the electricity company cuts us off.
I also blow them up by mouth. Went away in the summer once and blew up 2 double airbeds by mouth as we forget to take the pump. I stood up and nearly collapsed - the hot weather didn't help.
Seriously though, you can do them by mouth, as long as you take a break to get your breath back.
